Business Structures  Business structures in a rural context involve the science of creating the right business vehicle for purchasing, leasing or selling land as well as in the context of a diversified land use.    In any of these situations it is important to first consider the full implications of the venture. It may be that more than one business structure is required depending on the diversity of activity involved and the desire to protect assets from higher risk ventures.
