Pensions and planning for retirement
When you look into the future, how do you picture your retirement? Are you still working after the age of 65, are you still paying off your mortgage? Or are you lying on a sunny beach somewhere without a care in the world?
Your pension and your income in retirement are both essential aspects of long term financial planning and it is important to be confident in the choices you make. After all, they can mean the difference between a working and a stress-free retirement.
From 6 April 2006 a whole new set of rules apply to pensions. Our special authority from the Financial Services Authority allows us to advise clients on pension opt-outs and transfers and we have a wealth of experience in this area. We offer impartial independent advice on all aspects of pension and retirement planning including phased retiral, pension drawdown, annuity purchase, SIPP's (self-invested personal pensions), SSAS's (small self-administered schemes) and stakeholder pensions.

Anderson Strathern LLP is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
