This is an extremely exciting time for charities in Scotland. The draft Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Bill was published in draft on 2nd June 2004. The consultation period in relation to the draft Bill will run until 28th August 2004. The main provisions of the Bill are explained in our briefing paper in the Quick Links Section to the right. As one of Scotland's leading charity law experts we intend to be at the forefront of these changes when it comes to advising our charity clients. |
