Anderson Strathern's Parliamentary & Public Law Unit has been rated as a leader in its field in the Chambers Directory and the Scottish Legal 500 Directory. As well as a breadth of experience of operating within Scotland, with team members including a former Officer of the Scottish Parliament, the Unit's expertise extends beyond national borders with team members equipped with practical experience of working at the House of Commons, the US Senate, the UK Law Societies' Office in Brussels and the United Nations.
The Unit boasts an impressive array of clients across the public sector spectrum, including local authorities, executive agencies, non-departmental public bodies, higher and further educational institutions, commissioners and ombudsmen.

· a weekly Parliamentary Bulletin outlining legislative developments at the Scottish Parliament.
· a quarterly Public Law Bulletin detailing key developments in the field of public law, including articles relating to constitutional issues, freedom of information, human rights and data protection.
