Employment Legislation
Employment legislation is becoming increasingly progressive. Keeping up to date with your rights and responsibilities as an employer or employee is more important than ever. The Employment Unit provides strategic advice as well as a briefing service on recent developments in employment legislation to keep you at the forefront of these changes.
We produce regular briefings on all key legislative changes as well as guidance notes on case law, codes of practice and many other key issues. These are designed to be user-friendly and easily read. An Employment Unit folder is available on request which contains key information on written statements of employment, redundancy, disability and much more.
