We have experience across the whole range of personal injury practice, including road traffic accidents, manual handling claims, offshore accidents, gas explosions, product liability, group and multi-party litigations, industrial injury and disease, medical negligence and slipping and tripping cases.
We specialise in complex and high value claims. We have acted for road traffic insurers in a number of claims with values in excess of £1 million.
Our experience in acting for both Pursuer and Defender gives us a unique perspective on claims handling.
We are prepared to take on cases where the injured person will qualify for Legal Aid. In certain cases we will be prepared to act on a no-win no-fee basis.
