Trade Marks
You can apply to register almost anything as a trade mark in this country; a word, a group of words, a logo, colours, sounds and even smells. A trade mark can protect creations in many business areas including the name and brand of a company itself.
Through respected trade mark agents, we can assist you in making trade mark applications, as well as licensing or assigning marks you own and advising you regarding infringement of registered and unregistered trade marks.
If you have a company name or logo you wish to protect as your own you can apply to trade mark it, and there are even ways in which you can protect your mark if you have not registered it.

We are highly experienced in determining trade mark issues from both sides, whether you wish to trade mark something of your own or protect a trade mark against another party's use. We perform online trade mark searches to check the mark you want to apply for has not already been registered and we can also ask the Patent Office whether a mark can be successfully registered for you or your business. We are experienced in both UK and European Community trade marks.
