Internet
Nowhere are IP matters more technical or more contentious than on the internet. Standard IP issues can quickly become complex when applied to this arena and it is important for individuals and businesses alike to be aware of their rights and how to protect them.
We deal with all matters relating to IP and the internet, whether it be relative to the user or service provider. We have particular strengths in the areas of copyright infringement on the net, liability issues, domain name transfers and disputes, web site design contracts, use of trade marks on the internet, web site hosting agreements, internet and e-mail usage policies and e-mail operations.
We act in design and management agreements for web sites, manage brand licensing agreements, deal with non-contentious patent work relating to the internet and manage the acquisition and transfer of websites and domain names.

Other work includes the revising of supply and support agreements for clients and advising on consumer protection regulations on distance selling for e-tail companies. Our clients include large and small e-business companies, software houses, ISPs, national organisations and educational establishments.
