Competition
All businesses are required to consider their activities in relation to competition legislation. This legislation prohibits anti-competitive agreements and the abuse of dominant market position and can effect businesses of any size.
It is possible that a business may be losing out due to anti-competitive behaviour by others in the marketplace or even be unknowingly breaching the competition legislation itself and affecting others in their market. We can provide an audit service to explore the competition aspects of our clients' businesses and to ensure that they are not in breach of the Competition Act.
We can advise on the implementation of compliance procedures to safeguard companies from any potential breach in the future and investigate anti-competitive behaviour of companies that may threaten the activities of our clients.

Our depth of knowledge ideally places us to provide a high quality of advice to a wide range of clients in any business sector.
