Liquor and Gaming Licensing law in Scotland is a highly specialised discipline. 		Licensing in Scotland is regulated by the appropriate Local Authority. Each has its own systems and practices and it is important to the licensing process to understand the needs of the relevant licensing authority. We are dealing regularly with many of them which enables us to offer practical advice on the processes.
