  • Advice on serving Notices of Proceedings under all Grounds of repossession under the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001
     
  • Abandonment advice including joint tenancy abandonment including revising of policies and procedures
     
  • Advice in relation to all repair and maintenance obligations including the Right to Repair and compensation for alterations and improvements and factoring issues
     
  • Advice on the practicalities, use of and termination of the SSSTA
