Steven McDonald
Steven is a partner in our Residential Property department.
Steven is also Departmental Manager of the conveyancing teams located at Haddington and Currie. He mainly handles all aspects of residential property work including purchase, sale and remortgages, equity release, insolvency conveyancing, matrimonial conveyancing and residential leases.
Steven is also a member of our insolvency and corporate recovery team. He works with insolvency agents in sale conveyancing estate agency transactions and provides general conveyancing advice. He also has experience in dealing with repossession and voluntary assisted sale transactions for heritable creditors.
Steven also has experience in smaller commercial transactions and private client work. His private client work includes the administration of small executries, preparation of wills and powers of attorney.
In addition to his legal qualifications, Steven also has a BA honours degree in Business Organisation.
