Victoria is an Associate in Private Client Services specialising in all aspects of charity law, including formation, governance issues, regulatory requirements, trading, trustees' responsibilities and duties, tax and investment issues. She has a particular interest in all aspects of incorporation and the tax treatment of charities and those who give to charity.

Victoria is a charity director and trustee in a personal capacity and therefore has first hand experience of the issues which affect charities today.

She also deals with wills and estate planning, personal tax planning, powers of attorney, trusts and guardianship applications.

Victoria is a tutor at Edinburgh University on the Diploma in Legal Practice in finance, tax and investment. She is ATT qualified and a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians. Victoria sits on the ATT Education Committee Working Party. She also holds the Securities Institute Investment Advice Certificate and is an Associate of the Securities Institute.
