Margaret is a Senior Solicitor in Private Client and manages a portfolio of clients including individuals, trusts and wealthy families.
Margaret is also a qualified Chartered Accountant, a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a notary public.
She has considerable experience in the field of corporate and personal taxation, and now spends much of her time dealing with succession and estate planning matters, capital taxes planning, implementation of family wealth management strategies, powers of attorney, transactional work and all aspects of the formation, administration, variation and termination of trusts.
