Kirsty is a Senior Solicitor in our property litigation department, specialising in dealing with all aspects of property litigation such as title disputes, access problems and landlord and tenant disputes. She has experience in acting for clients at all levels of the court system, in the Sheriff Court, Court of Session and House of Lords. She also deals with cases in the Land Court and Lands Tribunal.
As well as her Court work, Kirsty works closely with the Commercial Real Estate and Land Resources departments in seeking to resolve disputes without the need for recourse to the Courts.
Kirsty has a particular interest in property law and has worked as a research assistant at the Scottish Law Commission in the property law team, and is a tutor in property law at the University of Edinburgh.
Kirsty is also qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
