Jane is our Training Manager. She is responsible for training issues across the whole firm including designing and delivering training in IT Applications, Practice Management and Network Dictation systems as well as induction training.
Jane conducts training needs analysis and training evaluations, maintains our training database and interfaces with external training providers where necessary. Jane is also responsible for preserving and enhancing our accredited status as an Investor in People.
