Heather is a Tax Manager in the Private Client Services department of our Edinburgh office. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of taxation and passed the Association of Tax Technician examinations with distinction.
Within the firm she is involved in tax compliance for a broad spectrum of personal tax clients. She assists high net worth clients, Britons living overseas, family businesses, trusts, employed, retired and self employed clients with all aspects of their Self Assessment tax compliance. She also deals with their National Insurance and other Social Security issues. She specialises in overseas issues.
Previously Heather was with a "big 5" accountancy firm for nine years; latterly as a Senior Tax Specialist within their Global Employment Solutions practice. There she gained much of her overseas experience.
