	Gillian started with the firm in 1998 as a Paralegal to Robert D M Fife, Head of Dispute Resolution. She has been a qualified Paralegal since May 1983. During her 14 years qualification she has practised in matrimonial and reparation law dealing with both Sheriff Court and Court of Session actions. Gillian now deals with Personal Injury Work on behalf of both Pursuer and Defenders. She carries a full caseload which she deals with from start to finish. Gillian deals with claims arising from liability insurance, road traffic accidents and medical negligence as well as some commercial litigation. Gillian has recently successfully completed and graduated as a Specialist Paralegal in Reparation Law. Gillian is both a member of the Society of Specialist Paralegals and also the Scottish Paralegal Association. Gillian holds a valid Grade One Practising Certificate.
