Fiona is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution Department and heads up the Property Litigation team. This team specializes in providing advice on all aspects of property law both contentious and non-contentious. Fiona and the team have close links with the Commercial Real Estate and Land Resources Departments.
Fiona has a particular interest in human rights aspects involving property law and has provided advice to clients on a number of high profile projects. The Human Rights team have been ranked in the first tier of firms undertaking this type of work by Chambers Legal Directory.
In 2005, Fiona was appointed to the Pursuer's Panel by the Law Society of Scotland which deals with claims against solicitors, many of which involve property law.
Fiona is a tutor for the Professional Competence Course run jointly by the WS Society and Glasgow Graduate School of Law and also a member of the Environmental Law Association.
