Deborah has experience appearing in both civil court and employment tribunals. At Tribunals she has appeared for both claimant and respondent.
She has advised on all aspects of employment law for employer and employee including disability discrimination, sex discrimination, sexual orientation, unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal with practical best practice advice in respect of redundancy, statutory disciplinary, dismissal and grievance procedures. She also has experience in non-contentious matters such as review of employment contracts, terms and conditions and compromise agreements.
She is part of the discrimination law service headed up by Jill Bell assisting in all areas of discrimination law.
