Neil Farrell
Neil is a partner in our Commercial Real Estate department.
Neil heads our English property group and is a member of our projects group.
Neil has nearly 20 years experience in development and investment led commercial property transactions. Since dual qualifying in 1998, he has dealt with property in England and Wales and most of his business is in that jurisdiction.
Neil has significant experience in heading up retail acquisition and property finance projects. This includes shopping centres in Woking, Hamilton, Haverfordwest, Havant and Ealing as well as individual retail units.
Highlights in 2008 include heading the property side in relation to Northern Ireland investor Moyallen’s acquisition of the Peacock Centre, Woking, in a headline grabbing transaction worth over £115m.
Neil also has specialist experience in the health care sector going back ten years. In the last four years alone he’s acted on around £400m of acquisitions and property finance in this sector. Neil represents Quercus Healthcare Property Partnership Investment Fund backed by Aviva and Quintain Estates among others.
