Martin Whiteford

Martin is a senior solicitor in the Construction and Projects department.

He deals with all aspects of building and civil engineering matters (both contentious and non-contentious).

Martin has recent experience in drafting professional team appointments, building contracts and sub-contracts. He has also gained extensive experience in PFI/PPP transactions.

Martin received a Masters in Environmental Law from the University of Nottingham and maintains a strong interest in the implications of environmental legislation on the construction industry.
