	Judith is an Associate in Construction & Projects and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Construction Law. She has been appointed to the Law Society's adjudication panel. Judith advises upon contractual negotiations and achieving commercial solutions by providing a focus upon the strategic business needs of clients. She has extensive experience of negotiating resolutions to commercial issues. Judith has extensive knowledge of the construction industry and an interest in the services sector. Judith has presented seminars in relation to matters pertinent to the construction industry both externally and in-house. She is a keen advocate of exploring the most economic and expedious strategy to reach a solution. Judith is also qualified in England and Wales having completed her traineeship with Eversheds before moving North of the border.
