John is a Claims Manager in the Dispute Resolution Department at our new Glasgow Office. He is presently involved with the provision of a delegated claims handling service for one of our insurer clients. This involves the investigation and settlement of a variety of liability and motor claims.
John has over 25 years experience working for a major insurer, primarily on the claims side. This entailed the handling of a wide range of claims such as motor, employer and public liability. John held a senior position at this insurer, where he dealt with larger claims and in addition was responsible for running a department.
John is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII).
