Joanna completed her traineeship at Anderson Strathern in September 2006. During her training she gained experience of corporate and employment law, which she is now putting to use as a Solicitor in the Employment Department.
Joanna is involved in all aspects of Employment Law, advising employers and employees alike, on discrimination legislation and best practice, unfair dismissal, redundancy, employment contracts and Director's Service Agreements. She continues to work closely with our corporate colleagues advising on TUPE and employment aspects of corporate deals.
