Chris is an Associate in our Employment Unit and is based at our Glasgow Office. He advises on all aspects of employment law including contractual disputes, any discrimination/harassment issues, business transfers, data protection issues, unfair dismissal claims, the status of agency workers, whistle-blowing etc. Chris also has experience of advising clients in relation to their obligations under the provision of goods and services part of the Disability Discrimination Act and also to public authority clients in relation to their general and specific duties under disability and race discrimination legislation.

Chris represents both employer and employee clients in the Employment Tribunal and has been involved in cases both north and south of the border. He regularly delivers training to clients on employment issues and is a regular speaker for the Legal Services Agency as well as a tutor at the University of Edinburgh.

Chris is also a member of the Scottish Discrimination Law Association and the Employment Lawyers Association.
