	Caroline is a Senior Solicitor within the Planning & Environment Group. She provides strategic and technical advice to developers and landowners on all aspects of planning law with particular focus on the drafting and negotiation of Section 75 Agreements and other contracts required to release planning consents. She advises on the law relating to listed buildings and scheduled ancient monuments, drafts planning appeals and prepares for planning inquiries. She also has experience negotiating settlements where land has been acquired by compulsory purchase. Caroline trained at Anderson Strathern and obtained her LLB(Hons) and Diploma in Legal Practice from Dundee University.
