Alan is Head of Commercial Real Estate and engages in landlord and tenant law, site assembly, property development, property financing, development agreements, property purchase and sale and the property aspects of corporate transactions.
Alan is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in commercial leasing law. He holds the appointment of Crown Estate Solicitor (Scotland), advising The Crown Estate on all their legal requirements in Scotland. He is a member of the Investment Property Forum and the Institute of Directors. Alan is listed in the 2008 edition of 'Legal Experts' as a leader in commercial property in Scotland.
