Sean is an Associate in our Corporate Group and he specialises in IP /IT. He deals with all aspects of intellectual property and he has a wide range of experience. Sean has a scientific background and he worked for a large chemical company for five years before qualifying as a solicitor.
Since qualifying as a solicitor Sean has worked in private practice and more recently as an in-house solicitor for a television producer and broadcaster dealing with all issues of television production, broadcast and exploitation. He provides specialist advice on the protection, exploitation and management of copyright, patents, trade secrets, know-how, trade marks, design rights and data protection.
