Gillian Anderson
Gillian is a partner in Commercial Real Estate and is also a member of our banking group.
Prior to joining us Gillian was an in-house solicitor for the Bank of Scotland working within the banking legal team.
Gillian is dual qualified in Scotland, England and Wales. She acts for both borrowers and lenders advising on all aspects of property finance including facility agreements, security documentation and also in relation to the restructuring of facility and security arrangements, involving property related assets.
Gillian also deals with all aspects of commercial real estate including site acquisition, property development and development finance.
Gillian was featured in Chambers and Partners Legal Directory in 2008 as a "leader in her field" for real estate.
