Rosaleen is a Paralegal in the Licensing Team,dealing with all aspects of liquor licensing law and practice throughout Scotland.
She is a City & Guilds Servewise Trainer and is involved in client training. She is completing the Specialist Paralegal Course in Licensing Law Practice.She is also in her final term of the LLB law degree. Rosaleen's first degree is Hons in Economic & Social History from Edinburgh.
She has worked in Hospitality Management for 25 years and is a
Fellow of the British Institute of Innkeeping(FBII).As well as being a
Committee Member of SLTA( Scottish Licensed Trade Association),Rosaleen is a Member of Edinburgh Licensing Forum.
