He heads our English property group and is a member of our projects group. He acts on a broad range of commercial property projects and property finance transactions throughout the UK. Since qualifying in English law in 1998 he has acted in relation to property acquisitions and disposals in England worth over £200 million. At the same time, he has continued to advise clients in relation to Scottish property transactions. Neil has a particular specialism in the healthcare sector and represents a major funder of healthcare projects.
