Jonathan is a solicitor in our dispute resolution department. He has extensive experience of criminal prosecutions, personal injury actions, and commercial disputes. He now specialises in resolving commercial disputes, and represents commercial clients in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland as well as in the Commercial Court at the Court of Session.
He is experienced in the detailed preparation, analysis and presentation of cases in both the Court of Session and the Sheriff Court, having prepared and conducted numerous criminal and civil cases at trial and proof.
He regularly advises clients on the best way to resolve their commercial disputes.
