Frank is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution Department. He specialises in commercial litigation both for pursuers and defenders. He represents commercial clients in sheriff courts throughout Scotland and has handled numerous cases in the Commercial Court at the Court of Session. Frank is keenly aware of the expense in terms of cost and time to commercial organisations which become involved in disputes.
He also has experience of corporate legal work, particularly in advising small private limited companies and owner-managed businesses.
His other main area of professional interest is sports law and he has acted for sportscotland, various National Governing Bodies of Sport and individual athletes.
Frank is a member of the Association of Regulatory and Disciplinary Lawyers.
As well as a Law degree, he has a BA degree in Sports Studies and an LLM in Human Rights Law.
In June 2007, Frank was appointed as a member of the Law Society's Practising Certificate Committee.
