David is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in commercial leasing law.
David is a Partner in Commercial Real Estate dealing with all aspects of Commercial Real Estate including landlord and tenant, property development, property lending and financing, acquisitions and disposals, property aspects of company acquisitions, portfolio acquisition and sale and the environmental aspects of property transactions. He has been involved in some of our largest property transactions including cross-border work.
David is a Notary Public.
