He deals with all aspects of corporate and commercial work including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate finance. Recent transactions include advising on a £350 million corporate refinancing and the acquisition of one of Scotlands largest chain of convenience stores. Bruce is a Notary Public and a part time tutor at Edinburgh University tutoring in Company and Commercial law on the Diploma in Legal Practice Course.
