Andrew is a Senior Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution Department's Banking and Commercial Litigation team. He deals primarily with a Sheriff Court and Court of Session commercial litigation case load, involving banking law, secured and unsecured asset recovery, fraud, professional negligence and contractual claims. Andrew also advises on diligence and enforcement of court decrees and documents of debt. He also advises financial institutions on civil aspects of Proceeds of Crime legislation. His clients include financial institutions and commercial concerns.
In addition to his LL.B. degree from Glasgow University, Andrew holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Trinity College Dublin, specialising in European Community law and Human Rights. Prior to joining us Andrew worked as a Legal Assistant at the Scottish Law Commission, researching the law relating to Diligence.
