Andrew Brown
Andrew is a senior solicitor in our Employment Unit.
He undertook his traineeship with us and during that time he worked in our dispute resolution department and the employment unit, gaining significant experience in both.
Andrew advises both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law including unfair dismissal, redundancy, TUPE, employment contracts, policies, grievance, disciplinary procedures and discrimination legislation.
Andrew is involved in delivering in-house training to clients and in writing articles on employment law for a range of publications.
