Sheelagh is a Senior Solicitor in Commercial Real Estate and is also a member of the Banking Group. She deals primarily with property finance for a number of major UK banks and other financial institutions. In addition to this however, she also undertakes general commercial real estate transactions including the purchase and sale of sites and investment portfolios, all aspects of landlord and tenant work, and property development.
In 2004 Sheelagh became dual qualified in Scotland and England/Wales.
Sheelagh is also a Notary Public.
