Isla is a General Insurance Adviser in Private Client Services. She is responsible for ensuring clients are made aware of their policy renewal times for household, motor and commercial insurance. This includes sourcing the market for alternative quotes, advising regarding cover, collecting premiums and reconciling and paying insurance company accounts. She also assists with claims handling, mid-term alterations, telephone enquiries and issues of cover notes.
Isla also builds and maintains relationships with insurance company contacts as well as ensuring FSA compliance/requirements are updated and adhered to.
