Hazel is a Senior Solicitor and Notary Public in our Corporate Department dealing with all types of corporate law from drafting commercial contracts and providing a company secretarial service, to advising upon start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, joint ventures and recommended offers.
Her work also involves a certain amount of corporate banking such as drafting facility letters and negotiating the terms of schedules to ISDA Master Agreements.
Hazel is the Corporate Department representative in the firm's Planning and Environment Group and is therefore aware of the effect planning permissions and environmental matters such as contaminated land can have on proposed mergers and acquisitions.
