Gillian is a Partner in Commercial Real Estate and is also a member of our Banking Group.
Prior to joining the firm Gillian was an in-house solicitor for the Bank of Scotland working within the banking legal team.
Gillian is dual qualified in Scotland and England & Wales. Gillian deals primarily in property finance, funding/facility agreements, pension scheme lending facilities and banking work. Gillian also deals with all aspects of commercial real estate including site acquisition, property development and development finance.
Gillian was also featured in Chambers Directory 2008 as a "Leader in their field" for Real Estate.
