Debra is a General Insurance Adviser and administrator. Her role includes ascertaining from clients what their requirements are in relation to insurance cover be it household, motor or commercial/liability and sourcing the market for the most suitable policy cover. She is responsible for ensuring cover is put in place by the required dates, dealing with any changes to/enquiries about policy cover, assisting with the handling of claims and building and retaining relationships with insurance companies/account managers. She also ensures that compliance with Financial Services Authority (FSA) is adhered to.
Other aspects of her work include the general administration relating to life and pensions products. Ensuring that records for the FSA are regularly updated. She also handles enquiries relating to mortgage advice making sure that the client is passed on to the most appropriate of our contacts in this field.
