Chris is a Senior Solicitor and Notary Public in our Dispute Resolution Department. He deals with many aspects of dispute resolution, with particular experience in commercial disputes, professional negligence and personal injury claims. Chris was recently admitted as a solicitor-advocate at the Court of Session.
He is experienced in the detailed preparation, analysis and presentation of cases in both the Court of Session and the Sheriff Court. He represents clients in Courts throughout Scotland.
He regularly advises clients generally about the resolution of legal problems and disputes.
Chris tutors Civil Court Practice at Edinburgh University on the post graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
