	Audrey is an associate in the Corporate Department. She joined Anderson Strathern from Strathclyde Partnership for Transport where she was the Director of Legal and Administrative Services responsible dealing with some of the largest transport projects in Scotland. Audrey was particularly involved in contractual and procurement matters as well as all aspects of public administrative law. Due to the nature of her work Audrey has a detailed understanding and working a practical knowledge of EU procurement. She has experience of setting up procedures for tendering and procurement including setting up framework arrangements and also practise notes for clients on procurement. As well as drafting and negotiating a number of large complicated transport projects such as the redevelopment of East Kilbride Bus Station and Partick Interchange, she also led the legal team who successfully steered the Glasgow Airport Rail Link Act through the parliamentary process and was responsible for the negotiation and drafting of complex agreements with objectors. Other significant transport projects include contractual arrangements in respect of rolling stock. She has wide experience of all transport related projects including rail and bus based projects. She also has significant experience in relation to the management of an in-house legal function within the public sector which includes experience of best value and its application to a legal resource. Audrey has also practical knowledge of corporate governance and has set up various procedures such as standing orders for committees, schemes of delegation and standing orders relating to contracts and has provided specialist advice in relation to matters of governance in local government.
