	Andrew is a Solicitor in the firm's Employment Unit. Andrew undertook his traineeship at Anderson Strathern during which he worked in the firm's Dispute Resolution Department and the Employment Unit, gaining significant experience in both. Andrew advises both employers and employees on all aspects of Employment law including: unfair dismissal; redundancy; TUPE; employment contracts and policies; grievance and disciplinary procedures and discrimination legislation.
