Nick Berry, Partner of Mountgrange Investment Management LLP, the private real estate fund management business specialising in UK commercial property investment, development and asset management.    

Murray Collins, Regeneration & Funding Manager of North Lanarkshire Council, has responsibility for the former Ravenscraig steelworks site in Motherwell, one of the largest regeneration projects in Europe, covering 450 hectares (1,125 acres) - an area equivalent to 700 football pitches or twice the size of Monaco.
