Anderson Strathern’s ‘Property 2011’ Conference is already attracting high profile delegates and promises to be the most important event for the Scottish property industry this year.

The conference, which was formerly hosted annually by Bell & Scott* who were  acquired by Anderson Strathern on 1 July, is produced in association with the Scottish Property Federation and takes place on Wednesday 7 September 2011 at the EICC, Edinburgh. The theme of Property 2011 is Realising Development in the New Economy.

Paul Jennings, Partner at Anderson Strathern and Chairman of the event, comments:

This conference is a crucial event for everyone allied to the property industry in Scotland. I look forward to debating, with speakers and delegates, the challenges faced by the property industry given the changing regulatory landscape and current economic climate.  A sustainable Scotland means providing new and improving existing infrastructure, homes and communities and that requires a sustainable property industry.  An industry that has been brought almost to its knees has to find a way of delivering on the requirements in the present economic age.  It is marvellous to see so many delegates registering for the event and supporting Property 2011.”
