	We were one of the first Scottish law firms to be awarded the 'Investors in People' standard. This is designed to differentiate organisations who:


	Have made a commitment from the top to train and develop their people in line with business objectives Regularly review the needs and plan the training and development of all their people Take action to train and develop their people from the time of recruitment Evaluate the investment in training and development to assess the benefits and to improve future effectiveness thereof. We are not specifically interested in "the IIP medal". We embrace Investors in People because it provides a benchmark for good practice and an accredited quality standard. We have an in-house training programme including CPD accreditation and IT training. Our entire team is kept up to speed in all areas relevant to their role.
