We offer 23 days of annual holiday as standard, with increases available after a certain time with us. We operate a flexi-time system, which can allow up to one and a half days further leave each month. Many of our staff can be entitled to this leave, subject to their workload
We offer a contributory pension scheme and life insurance. Permanent health insurance and medical insurance are also available after a certain time working with us. There are benefits available on conveyancing services and certain insurance policies attract a rebate on commission for staff.
We also have a first class corporate membership of a nearby health club and a variety of other memberships at places of interest around Scotland.
